This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Engineering in the Identity Access Management department. You will help manage digital risk by applying security through identity integration and controls. In this role, you will build workflows and application integrations as coordinated with the larger IAM team, Product Management, and Business teams. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) Lead the development of identity management products for Zscaler Designing and implementing scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs using Java Ensuring code quality by writing and maintaining unit, integration, and performance tests; monitor, debug, and optimize system performance Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and contribute to Agile/Scrum processes like sprint planning and retros
