Account Manager

The Canada Retail Vendor Recruitment team is seeking an Account Manager to drive vendor growth on the Amazon Canada marketplace. In this high-impact role, you'll own the complete vendor recruitment lifecycle—from identifying promising leads to executing seamless onboarding experiences that set vendors up for success. Your work directly influences marketplace selection, vendor satisfaction, and ultimately, the customer experience for millions of Canadian shoppers. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of sales or account management experience - 2+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience - Experience with Excel - Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts - Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms
