Data Analysis & Insights • Convert data into actionable business insights through advanced analytical techniques • Translate business problem statements into clear analysis requirements and data specifications • Conduct quantitative examination of key process indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement • Perform root cause analysis using statistical methods and Lean Six Sigma tools • Extract insights and formulate recommendations that impact processes, teams, or departments Data Acquisition & Management • Write efficient SQL queries to extract and process data from various sources • Work with structured data in traditional data storage environments and non-traditional sources • Ensure data quality through cross-checking and validation against available sources • Convert raw data into analysis-ready formats through descriptive statistics, aggregations, and pivots Reporting & Visualization • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics using tools like QuickSight, Tableau, or Excel • Create appropriate charts and visualizations to effectively communicate findings • Implement data visualization and c BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of program or project management experience - Master's degree or above in relevant field, or 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience - Bachelor's degree or above in a related field - Work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma concepts - Experience in SQL Server/MySQL, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities and experience in deploying identity and access management systems - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document - Experience with MS Project, MS Office, and MS Sharepoint - Experience in business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative, a
