ACES Manager, Sort Center (Level 4), Sort Center

: The ACES manager will be working with Operations leaders and other cross functional teams. (1) Deploy the middle mile Bench-marking processes which have been adapted for India to train ops leaders and establish sustainable mechanism. (2) Use the PDCA methodology to drive small scale improvements in processes (3) Use the Kaizen methodology to drive large scale process improvements or reduction in costs. (4) Sustain roll out of Continuous improvement essentials and Kaizen essentials training to managers. (5) Act as a subject matter expertise for SC ops/ACES for IN middle mile network (6) Own the design, development, and maintenance of process excellence related metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions. Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and resources. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
