AH and RH Operations Manager

Leading air & rail operations for one of the regions. Responsibilities include managing day to day execution, planning, network expansion and carrier management. Building relationships with air & rail carriers, forwarding agents, airports and terminal authorities · Creation and management of air & rail haul schedule on a weekly/monthly basis · Planning and scale up of capacities for peak sale events to meet CX · Leading and supporting initiatives on network speed, reliability and expansion by collaborating with central stakeholders · Managing continuous improvement projects related to cost and efficiency . Driving programs/projects of national/regional importance collaborating with multiple stakeholders BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of employee and performance management experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
