AHS Specialist - Italian & English, Account Health Support

POSITION DESCRIPTION: AHS Specialist (ITA) LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: English & Italian PROCESS TYPE: Voice Process (Inbound and Outbound Calling) SHIFT REQUIREMENTS: Rotational Shifts and Week Offs (should be flexible to work as per business requirements) BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Speak, write, and read fluently in English and Italian PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint
