• Utilize your deep diving skills and Amazon policy expertise to identify required documentation for appeal cases. • Assess documentation for accuracy and past precedent. • Identify any process defects and recommended remediation. • Review information which contributed to the disciplinary action impacting the employee. Use your investigative skills to determine if policy was applied properly and consistently based on evidence and employee/witness statements. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of HR/HR shared service center experience - Experience with computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), or experience with Microsoft office tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote - Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure - Experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives, or experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience working in fast paced environments, and managing workload even during times of stress, or escalated activity - Experience working with customers with a passion for d PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 4+ years of HR/HR shared service center experience - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in Database like NoSQL and experience in Hive/Spark/Hbase/Yarn - Experience with HR processes and systems - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Experience working with speech and text language data in multiple languages
