- Design, develop and implement dashboards, metrics, KPIs and analytical reports to drive key business decisions supporting Amazon's global transportation network - Partner with business stakeholders across operations and analytics teams to gather business requirements and translate into technical solutions - Collaborate with technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and ETL tools - Build and deliver high quality data pipelines to support data engineers, business analyst, data scientists, and customer reporting needs - Combine knowledge of statistical methodology and analysis with programming skills to support complex business problems - Continually improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating analytical pipelines and build AI-powered solutions - Implement training and documentation solutions that enable business stakeholders to get the most out of our self-serve reporting tools - Must possess solid verbal and written communication skills, be self-driven, and deliver high quality results in a fast-paced environment BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience - 3+ years of developing automated reporting experience - Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools - Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines - Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling - Experience developing and presenting recommendations of new metrics allowing better understanding of the performance of the business PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift - Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
