Biz Tech Leader, Amazon DSP – India, Amazon DSP - India Advertising

We are looking for a Biz Tech Leader to own and scale the Amazon DSP business in India. This is a high-impact role that combines technology, business development, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in digital advertising and programmatic ecosystems, with a proven track record of building and scaling ad-tech businesses. You will own the P&L for your product area, drive publisher supply acquisition, demand strategies, and partner closely with product, engineering, and frontline sales teams to build differentiated capabilities for the India market. You will work with a dedicated product and engineering team and collaborate extensively with WW Ads, India Sales & Account Management, and cross-functi BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad-tech, or programmatic media buying/selling - 5+ years of experience in revenue-generating roles with direct P&L ownership - Deep understanding of DSP/SSP ecosystems, programmatic buying (RTB, PMP, Programmatic Guaranteed), ad exchanges, and ad-serving technologies - Proven experience in ad networks, publisher supply management, demand generation, and/or ad sales - Strong expertise in display and video ad formats, campaign management, metrics, and yield optimization - 4+ years of experience in business development, specifically in publisher acquisition or supply-side partnerships, and agency partnerships. - PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Past experience in product management and/or engineering roles within ad-tech companies or platforms - Experience building or scaling a DSP, SSP, ad exchange, or ad network from the ground up - Familiarity with Amazon Advertising products (Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, Amazon Publisher Services) - Experience working in the India digital advertising market with knowledge of local publisher landscape, regulatory environment, and advertiser ecosystem - Experience delivering technology products and s
