BMS Specialist, Amazon Maintenance Operation Centre

• Monitor and respond to BMS tickets and work orders, ensuring timely resolution • Conduct basic troubleshooting of BMS technologies, IoT platforms, and system data • Update maintenance logs, compliance records, and ticket documentation accurately • Assist in contractor supervision and site access control activities • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures and escalate complex issues appropriately • Support training sessions and knowledge sharing within the team • Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and vendors • Work flexible shifts to provide 24/7 BMS support, ensuring global customers receive timely assistance • Follow clear instructions and apply best responses to resolve Building Management System issues • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team development BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Work all days and shifts, including overtime (24 hours a day, 7 days a week operation, including holidays) - Experience in BMS programming, commissioning and Troubleshooting with a minimum of 1+ years in building controls or related field - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Electrical/Electronics/Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience) - Experience in remotely troubleshooting BMS communication issues, including fieldbus (BACnet, LON, Modbus via RS485), Network Gateways and IP-based protocols (Niagara Fox, MQTT, BACnet/IP, SNMP) is essential. - Experience in BMS programming, commissioning and Troubleshooting with a minimum of PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Certification in relevant programming languages or BMS systems such as Tridium Niagara
