- Identify and engage with potential international brands that align with Amazon India's growth strategy. - Conduct deep dives into international market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes to identify promising opportunities for brand launches in India. - Develop compelling business cases and strategies to convince international brands to enter the Indian market through Amazon. - Work closely with senior executives at interested international brands to successfully negotiate deals and facilitate their entry into the Indian market. - Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to set priorities, develop launch plans, and ensure smooth onboarding of new international brands. - Manage the entire launch process, from initial outreach to post-launch performance monitoring and optimization. - Review and monitor performance and sales of launched international brands, providing strategic guidance to ensure their success in the Indian market. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with international brand partners, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate within Amazon India. - Stay informed about country-specific regulatory changes, import policies, trade agreements between India and partner countries, and market dynamics that may impact international brand launches. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of sales experience - Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas - Experience in e-commerce - Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
