We’re looking for a smart, customer-obsessed innovator and owner to join our Operations Team Purview of a Team Lead The INSC CF MM team at Amazon India is hiring for a Business Analyst position, seeking a candidate with a strong performance record and hands-on experience in data-driven decision-making. The role requires exceptional analytical skills, the ability to break down complex problems into structured, executable plans, and comfort with high ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be proficient in Macro and SQL, experienced with BI tools, and capable of working with big data from multiple sources. Core responsibilities include setting up robust processes to drive consumer experience improvements, identifying and executing automation projects, building scalable solutions using SQL, Amazon S3 and Quick Sight, and rolling out best practices from other geographies to minimize end-to-end supply chain losses. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to influence stakeholders across business, operations, and technical functions using data and facts, and earn trust across varied teams without formal authority. Candidates are expected to demonstrate a high bar on Bias for Action, Deep Dive, Learn and Be Curious, Insist on the Highest Standards, and Ownership. The candidate should have a b BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or a CFA and experience with data analytics platforms (Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau) - Bachelor's degree or above - Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL - Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL - - Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of databases (querying and analyzing) such as SQL, MYSQL, and ETL Manager and working with large data sets - 2+ years of data analytics or automation experience
