Business Analyst II, Relay Product Excellence

1. Data Analysis & Technical Execution - Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets using SQL, Python, Hadoop/Hive, Redshift, Oracle, or NoSQL databases - Perform diagnostic analysis, root cause analysis, variance analysis, and pattern identification - Apply data transformations and statistical techniques to generate actionable insights - Design and maintain automated reporting systems and dashboards - Validate data quality, flag upstream issues, and maintain data integrity - Build and implement KPIs with summarized visuals to track metrics globally 2. Problem Solving & Decision Support - Solve ambiguous business problems with limited guidance using analytical approaches - Distinguish between one-way and two-way door BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science, or experience working in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) - 3+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience - 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience - Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools - Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights - Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakehold PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Master's degree in computer science, machine learning, engineering, or related fields - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience prioritizing competing demands, scoping large efforts, and negotiating timelines - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to execut
