Business Analyst II, Selling Partner Dev Services

The Amazon Selling Partner Developer Services team is hiring for an experienced Business Analyst who is a quick learner and can work independently. He/she should be able to operate in a very fast paced environment where timely delivery is critical. The candidate will need to balance technical and business judgment to help inform a global risk operations team on the trending behaviors of Sellers, Vendors, and Solution Providers utilizing Seller Partner API (SP-API). To be successful in this role you should have superior communication, presentation and organizational skills. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment you will work autonomously taking control and responsibility for achieving the objectives of the role. The ideal candidate relishes working with large volumes of data, enjoys the challenge of highly complex technical contexts, and, above all else, is passionate about data and BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience - 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights - Experience with Excel - Experience with SQL - Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Master's degree or above in business or analytical discipline - 5+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience - Experience with handling of large datasets
