Business Analyst, Middle Mile Capacity Planning

• Support long-term forecasting efforts for the Middle Mile network, focusing on Quarterly Guidance Numbers Validation • Support in running the forecasting models to predict network capacity requirements 1-3 years in advance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for accurate long-term forecasting • Analyze historical data, market trends, and business strategies to refine long-term forecasting methodologies • Oversee the Plan of Record (POR) planning process, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial targets • Contribute to long-term strategy programs that prepare Amazon's logistics for growth, balancing delivery speed with efficiency and cost-effectiveness BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of analyst, associate program manager, or similar roles experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions
