Business Analyst Support, IN Supply Chain - Speed

Drive daily execution of speed improvement initiatives across India's fulfillment network, monitoring 0D/1D/2D GVS metrics to meet customer promises. Lead cross-functional coordination between First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile teams for program delivery. Analyze root causes of speed degradation and develop corrective action plans. Manage capacity planning and resource allocation supporting speed objectives. Partner with FC operations, transportation, and planning teams to resolve operational bottlenecks. Generate performance reports and dashboards for leadership review. Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce transit time variability. Escalate critical issues and communicate operational challenges to senior stakeholders. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of data analytics or automation experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL - Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level - Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience
