Business Intelligence Consultant , AFFS Accounting Onboarding

- The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and critical thinker with advanced problem-solving, data mining, and scripting (Python) skills. - They enjoy collaborating with top data engineers, BIEs, product managers and software developers to make decisions for Amazon's retail and operations teams. - The candidate will be responsible for metrics, dashboards, and measurement across Promise platforms and fulfillment signal products to help improve evaluate inventory, fulfillment capabilities, and carrier capabilities. - Your work will have a direct impact on Amazon's business and customer promise. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience - 3+ years of developing automated reporting experience - 3+ years of Tableau Desktop, Quicksight or other relevant data visualization software experience - Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines - Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling - Experience developing and presenting recommendations of new metrics allowing better understanding of the performance of the business PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift - Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
