Business Program Manager, Prime Video Commerce Tech

**Strategic operations and org rhythm** - Be in key meetings — take notes, capture decisions, track actions, and follow up until closed. Nothing falls through. - Own MBR write-ups, newsletters, and leadership communications — drafting, editing, and ensuring they ship on schedule - Follow up on org-level actions across all leaders — you're the accountability mechanism for commitments made in reviews, 1:1s, and staff meetings - Own the org's information architecture: SharePoint sites, wikis, intake mechanisms, and knowledge repositories. Build structure where none exists. - Manage the OpEx budget — track spend, flag anomalies, partner with finance on forecasting - Maintain the attrition tracker, headcount plan, and hiring pipeline status — always current, always accessible to leadership - Provide offline goal summaries and pulls — leaders always have a current view of progress without asking - Manage mechanisms on metrics, artefact reviews, newsletters, OPRs and identify topics that need more attention or documentation that needs work. - Calendar and logistics coordination for the org leader - Pre-read preparation and materials assembly for senior l BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
