Capacity Planning PM, EU CF Capacity Planning

- Own weekly and quarterly capacity planning for an assigned segment of the EU fulfillment network (e.g., a region, node type, or product category) - Monitor and report on key capacity metrics: bin/template fullness, pallet utilization, inventory cube, NSTA (No-Stow-Turn-Away) rates, and Average Weight per Unit (AWU) trends - Build and maintain statistical forecasts for cube utilization, volume, and capacity constraints at site and network level - Identify capacity risks weeks in advance and propose mitigation actions to Operations and S&OP teams - Support peak event planning (Prime, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas) — contributing to strategy documents, daily execution calls, and post-event reviews - Develop and automate reporting too BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field - 2+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience - Experience communicating results to senior leadership, or experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MS Power Query, Python) - Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal - 1+ years of using SQL to extract and manipulate data experience - 1-3 years of experience in supply chain planning, capacity planning, cube/inventory management, or operations analytics PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages - Experience with data scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, or equivalent) or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab, or equivalent) - Experience in operations management for a fulfillment or distribution center - Experience managing internal stakeholder relationships and working successfully across organizations and different cultures to deliver results r
