In this role you will: Define and execute research on user experience across Amazon and other websites via discovery, analysis, benchmarking, user task and goals identification, process flows, wire-frames, and mock-ups Plan, conduct, and analyze quantitative studies, such as structuring and analyzing customer experience to evaluate the impact of product changes and capture insights at scale Create opportunity frameworks that guide and influence business priorities and goals Synthesize the data and conduct thorough analysis leading to focused, insightful, and actionable findings Translate insights into measurable customer experience outcomes aligned to business goals Advocate for our users throughout the development process and demonstrate how this leads to business value. Articulate and communicate research insights and present your work to senior leadership Create and maintain documentation for all the work you do Work with product management, engineering, and program management teams to develop proposed solutions that address top gaps, and collaborate with teams to iteratively test these solutions until outcomes are achieved BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - 2+ years’ experience in catalog systems / eCommerce. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of data-driven business operations processes experience
