- Review Amazon catalog for content quality (internal Data quality IDQ) based on pre-defined guidelines & co-ordinate with internal team to fix the issues for better customer experience. - Document processes & regularly update existing SOPs. Review & suggest SOP changes required if any to the team basis input from Category managers - Handle various sets of daily, weekly and monthly business reports - Resolve conflicts on attribute mismatches for better inventory classification and handling and resolve tickets on policy conflicts like returnable - Improve the discoverability of ASINs by driving leaf nodes coverage, reduce misclassifications and thereby increase browse node classification accuracy - Be the subject matter expert on IDQ and lead & help category POCs on their issues related to catalog quality. - Learn and understand a broad range of Amazon’s data resources and know how, when, and which to use and which not to use. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Master's degree
