Develop and execute strategic plans to expand product selection by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding suppliers while negotiating terms and pricing to ensure best value and quality for customers Take end-to-end ownership of ASIN lifecycle management, from supplier sourcing through quality improvements, ensuring products meet high standards and customer expectations Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement go-to-market strategies that drive product visibility, sales performance, and brand growth Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback data to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for product optimization and cost savings Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, facilitating clear communication of requirements, priorities, and performance metrics to achieve business goals BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of with Excel experience - 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience - Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience - Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements - Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development
