Channel Team Lead - AMZL , ATSPL - GJ

Key Job Responsibilities 1. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ADEs, ensuring consistent execution of Amazon's Hub Delivery model 2. Provide hands-on coaching in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management 3. Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and field excellence 4. Monitor team KPIs across operations, activation, and delivery quality 5. Identify systemic issues within territories and implement corrective action plans 6. Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues impacting delivery quality 7. Provide consolidated field insights to improve program design, partner experience, and scalability BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience with Excel PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree
