Track and index operational metrics including count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across city networks Maintain data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership teams Support root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches Coordinate with store operations teams to ensure timely data updates and metric accuracy Assist in identifying trends and patterns in operational performance to support continuous improvement initiatives BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
