BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in editing, copy-editing, and proofreading - Experience in overseeing and managing projects and deadlines - Experience using content management systems and content tools - Experience managing content projects of varying complexity, conducting content review and overseeing localization - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization. - Ability to troubleshoot and report issues via the appropriate channels. - Good judgment and effective communication PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field - 2+ years of technical writer, editor, or content strategist experience - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Experience with HTML, XML, or DITA. - Experience with, or exposure to, Customer Trust Operations or business processes for Amazon customers.
