Data Center Manager, Data Center Operations

Your day job at ADSIPL will include (but not limited to): Managing and developing teams of engineers, providing both technical and leadership expertise and ensuring highest levels of performance. Maintaining existing co-located and in-house Data Centers Helping build and bring online new Data Centers Constantly improving all our processes and procedures. We believe there is nothing we cannot improve Assisting & managing relationships with external vendors & contractors Liaising with internal teams & management groups Ensuring we adhere to and exceed local Health & Safety standards in all our Data Centers Creating and maintaining metrics on all aspects of our Data Centers and utilizing those metrics to drive positive changes Assisting in implementing service methodologies including incident management, problem management, change management, capacity management, etc. What are we looking for in a successful AWS Returner Data Centre Manager (DCM) candidate alon BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in facilities management - Experience leading process improvements - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in managing and troublshooting network - 10+ years of operations management experience - 5+ years of managing technical teams with significant personnel management experience and examples of developing engineers and building successful teams experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or equivalent STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) field, or 3+ months of network and operating system support experience - Experience in project management - 1+ years of Agile methods and processes experience - Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or equivalent - Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma concepts - Experience implementing change management successfully transitioning programs into large-
