Data Center Technician (DCO), Data Center Operations (DCO)

A Data Centre Operation Technician at ADSIPL may be the primary point of contact for both internal customers (for example: Network Engineers, Systems Engineers, Software Developers, Database Engineers, Technical Operations) and external customers (Hardware Vendors, Contractors, Service Providers among others). BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience - 1+ years of computer networking experience - High school or equivalent diploma PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure - Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies - Experience working in a colocation data center facility - Experience in networking
