Data Center Technician L4, Data Center Operations (DCO)

Design, implement, and maintain Linux-based server infrastructures with a focus on reliability and scalability. Perform comprehensive system monitoring, diagnostics, and performance optimization Configure and manage network hardware, including switches, routers, and complex cabling systems Develop and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technological integration. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field - 2+ years of data center, critical environment, computer hardware repair, infrastructure cabling, network deployment, or data center operations experience - Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure - Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system - Experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies - Experience working in a data center environment (racking and stacking gear, cable management, hot/cold aisle containment)
