Design Technologist, eShop

• Develop, test, and optimize Generative AI workflows and pipelines for visual content production using inference platforms and services • Act as a bridge between creative teams and AI/ML engineering - translating production needs into technical requirements and delivering working solutions • Build and maintain automation scripts and tools that resolve workflow bottlenecks, improve content quality, and increase creator productivity • Evaluate AI-generated output for visual quality, brand consistency, and production readiness - applying both technical metrics and creative judgment • Support the fine-tuning, testing, and evaluation of foundational models and LLMs for image generation, video synthesis, and multimodal content creation • Design and implement prompt engineering frameworks that enable consistent, high-quality results at scale across content types • Col BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or equivalent - 3+ years of experience in front-end technology, engineering, or UX prototyping - Coding samples in front-end programming languages - Available online portfolio demonstrating relevant work - Experience with web, mobile web, or mobile app front-end development - Experience with UI design for complex workflows and for end users - Experience building scripts, tooling, and automation for large-scale computing environments - Experience with prompt engineering techniques for content generation PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of technologies such as JavaScript/Node.js, HTML/CSS, Responsive/Adaptive Design - Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and source control (Git) - Experience with Machine Learning and Large Language Model fundamentals, including architecture, training/inference lifecycles, and optimization of model execution - Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team - Knowledge of video production, live streaming technologies, studio workflows, edit and post-production technique
