- Execute end-to-end project lifecycle for new site launches- requirements gathering, planning, resource allocation, scheduling, risk mitigation, and deployment tracking - Drive on ground commissioning and qualification execution: vendor validation (mechanical, electrical, controls, SCADA), High Volume throughput testing, and Final Acceptance sign-off. - Support the development and continuous improvement of ELM learning and launch site RME on-boarding programs in partnership with stakeholders (L&D, OEM, Global Engineering Services (GES) and Projects team) adjusting content based on field feedback and evolving business needs. - Plan and coordinate OEM equipment training programs in partnership with L&D and Global Engineering Services (GES) team to build site-level capability before and during ramp-up. - Capture lessons learned from each launch cycle and feed findings into process improvements for future site launches. - Coordinate closely with Procurement, SMEs, and Global Engineering Services (GES) team during RFP and RFQ stages to align equipment specifications with maintainability and reliability requirements. - Partner with Central RME ELM team, field RME team, Asset Performance Management (APM) team, Engineering, Projects, and Operations to define project scope, milestones, and success criteria. - Assess and communicate project status to leadership, escalate risks and delays early across stakeholder teams. - Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time to launch sit BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in relevant field - 2+ years of program or project management experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology - Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document - Experience with material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation and maintenance
