- Own a portfolio of high-value Indian exporter accounts contributing to business, acting as the primary point of contact and championing seller needs within Amazon. - Build and execute strategic account plans focused on selection expansion, international ASIN launches, pricing competitiveness, and fulfillment optimization in Amazon US. - Design category-level exporter growth plans by analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, seller funnel data, and cross-border demand signals to identify whitespace opportunities and prioritize investments. - Drive seller growth by identifying opportunities across the Global Selling life cycle — from onboarding to scaling — and partnering with business development, catalog, and marketing teams on go-to-market execution. - Improve operational aspects of sellers' cross-border business including listing quality, delivery speed, and FBA adoption to ensure a great customer experience globally. - Conduct deep-dive performance analysis (sales, conversion, traffic, account health) and deliver executive-level reporting with data-backed recommendations, forecasting models, and action plans that shape category strategy. - Drive adoption of Amazon programs and tools such as Brand Registry, A+ Content, Vine, and Amazon Global Logistics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams — logistics, tax & regulatory, product, and international marketplace teams — to remove blockers and accelerate seller success. - Own and deliver against quarterly and annual targets for revenue, selection, conversion, and category-level input metrics. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of sales experience - Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers - Experience closing sales and generating revenue PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience influencing C-level executives
