External Channels Program Manager, External Channel Ops & Program

1. Ideate and structure ambiguous problem statements into actionable next steps 2. Drive operational efficiency improvements by collaborating with various cross functional teams 3. Use working backwards principles to manage end to end launch process 4. Manage Daily/weekly performance, build mechanisms to detect and drive down defects and work on continuous improvements. 5. Work with the product team to develop long term capabilities to build net new capabilities to improve speed, reduce cost and implement packaging/labelling improvement initiatives. 6. Influence to drive exceptional results, including formulating standard operating procedures, identifying areas of improvement and implementing solutions. This role will require exceptional communication and influencing skills, and will work to influence stakeholders across customers, Business, Operations, and Product teams. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Knowledge of general AI tools PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
