Define key performance indicators — develop operational, business, and compliance readiness metrics and service level agreements for programs and processes; track delivery against global objectives. Consolidate inputs and challenge assumptions on performance drivers and projections from stakeholders — including regulatory compliance impact assessments across operating jurisdictions. Develop and maintain effective partnership between Finance Operations, Service Centers, Tax, Legal, and Retail.
