Key Job Responsibilities Lead Global Payroll Payment Operations Own the end-to-end payroll payment lifecycle across APAC and North America, including payment file generation, bank submission, transaction monitoring, exception management, and reconciliation. Establish operational mechanisms to monitor payment health, service levels, control performance, and critical payment risks. Review operational dashboards and metrics to identify emerging issues, prioritize actions, and maintain high standards of payment accuracy and timeliness. Lead resolution of payment batch failures, rejected transactions, bank exceptions, and other payment-related issues.
