As an GFOCC Tech at ADSIPL, you will get to maintain and operate the world’s largest cloud computing infrastructure across a number of local and remote locations. The technicians are responsible for carrying out GFO infrastructure monitoring and servicing servers, network and telecommunication equipment remotely from a centralized location. This requires the ability to drive change while maintaining excellent communications. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - High school or equivalent diploma - 2+ years of Computer Hardware Repair, Infrastructure Cabling, Network Deployment, or Data Center Operations experience - 1+ years of Linux operating systems experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
