1. Data Center and Infrastructure Hiring - Experience sourcing for data center operations, critical facilities, or Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ IT infrastructure roles/ cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), with relevant Academic backgrounds including degrees or certifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Sciences, HVAC, Electrician trades, Facilities Maintenance, and IT-related Field will be required. 2. Boolean and Advanced Search - Ability to create targeted Boolean strings to identify candidates with niche technical skills across LinkedIn, X-ray search/ Open web, GitHub, trade forums and specialized job boards will be an added advantage. 3. Candidate Engagement for Passive Talent - Skilled at requirement gathering, sourcing and screening candidates in specialized technical fields, with ability to articulate role-based value proposition to the candidate. The role holder will also be responsible for building strategies and brainstorming to create efficient and creative sourcing solutions for stakeholders. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 4+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience - Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience - Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates - Ability to curate market intel for saturated markets PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring - Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groups
