1. Proven ability and sharp on the feet to proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/ Open web and other sourcing channels for remote sites. 2. Experience in conducting candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit, with ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience - Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience - Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates - Ability to curate market intel for saturated markets PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring
