Head of Marketing, India, AWS , Field Marketing-APJ

• Create compelling, results-driven marketing plans, complete with market assessments that deliver identified objectives to the business • Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy for India - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR. • Lead overall implementation of marketing programs including lead generation activities, eMarketing campaigns, product & solutions sales support, reference programs, customer & developer marketing programs, etc. • Organize, assist and implement marketing events, including the AWS Summits, exhibitions, seminars, tradeshows and product launches. • Day to day management and development of the marketing team. • Work closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations. • Develop and execute customer-driven, locally oriented marketing strategies and programs that will increase customer demand, sales, and positively impact Amazon Web Services brand equity. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 15+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners - Experience managing and developing marketing teams - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements and measure marketing effectiveness PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience working cross-functionally with partner teams to drive adoption and usage of brand assets and messaging - Experience in strategic marketing management and market analysis and demonstrated ability to build and execute a strategy with clear goals and objectives to align to business and service objectives, and support portfolio objectives - Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams - Experience communicating complex information and solutions to
