Summary Description The individual will implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. The candidate will possess the ability to complete high volumes BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Master's degree in human resources - 3+ years of HR generalist, management, or business partner role experience - Knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word - Experience in employee relations, including conducting investigations and managing grievances - Experience with Indian labor/statutory compliance (e.g., Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI) - Experience partnering with business leaders to drive workforce planning, engagement, and talent management initiatives PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Master's degree in business, HR, or a related field
