Instructional Designer, INFC Learning and Development

-Design and develop innovative learning content that enhances strategic capabilities within the INFC organization -Create engaging training materials including graphics, visual designs, branded materials, posters, One Point Lessons (OPLs), infographics, and video content -Develop comprehensive storyboards and effective assessments -Manage learning projects of varying scales while maintaining high quality standards BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation - Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Experience analyzing data and creating reports for leadership - Experience communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively to different audiences - Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service, or experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications and experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 10+ years of content creation or similar experience - Knowledge of Microsoft PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with instructional design, curriculum architecture, or training program development - Can use AI for legal research, contract analysis, or document review experience
