Investigation Associate, Relay Product Excellence

1. Conduct investigations as per SOP 2. Take appropriate action to identify and help - minimize the risk posed by fraud or abuse patterns and trends 3. Consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and quality standards for investigations 4. Knowledge to systematically escalate problems or variance in the information 5. Experience to follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered 6. Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as necessary BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree or above - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 6 months to 1 year of experience
