Investigation Representative, ROW IB

An Investigation Representative provides timely resolution to the issue in hand by researching, querying internal tools and by taking real-time decisions. An ideal candidate should be able to understand the requirements/be able to analyze data and notice trends and be able to drive seller experience without compromising on time. The candidate should have the basic understanding of inbounding and should be able to communicate clearly in english in the written and verbal form. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Graduation from a recognized university - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English language. - Ability to communicate correctly and understand the issues. - Ability to concentrate and follow up on issues without distraction to resolution. - Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently. - Deep diving skills and research mindset to perform investigation. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence, or experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
