* Interact with business customers to understand and document their business processes and requirements. * Perform gap analysis to determine system configuration changes, or document necessary system enhancements or requirements. * Create business requirements documents, system configuration documents, detailed functional design documents, test plans and test cases, user training documents and implementation documents. * Work with the business and the rest of the functional team to design and implement system modifications or configurations. * Work with business customers, third-party providers, internal teams to troubleshoot, and resolve problems quickly and diligently.
