ITS System Admin/Engr II (CIS), Corporate Infrastructure Product Management

Fleet Lifecycle & Health Supervision • Review quarterly all production Golden Configs (GC) • Review quarterly firmware status for AUX fleet • Review quarterly product catalog and runbooks • Warranty monitoring and troubleshooting • Coordinate firmware patching schedule with site teams • Provide Tier-3 on-call support for technically complex AUX issues • Manage ticket queue of technical product issues or documentation updates • Log defects in tracker; warranty deployments to confirm process is self-service Lab Testing & Pilot Execution • Lead lab proof of concept testing for new UPS/PDU platforms and management software • Review new product pilot requirements • Pilot site execution — shadow and reverse shadow deployments • Conduct training sessions for OID on AUX deployment procedures • Shadow/reverse shadow knowledge transfer for new UPS/PDU products • Create and deliver Lunch & Learn sessions for new auxiliary device standa BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of systems engineering experience - Experience designing and developing scripts to automate operational burdens and reviewing scripting changes to ensure they meet the standards for maintainability, scalability and security - Experience in data center, networking engineering, systems engineering or construction management with a good understanding of data center technologies such as power, cooling and controls systems - Experience with power management and power monitoring systems - Experience with enterprise UPS/PDU platforms from major manufacturers (APC/Schneider Electric, Eaton, Vertiv, or equivalent) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols such as HTTP and DNS - Experience working in 24/7 production environment - Experience with service-oriented architecture and web services - Exposure to lifecycle replacement programs or hardware end-of-life/end-of-support planning - Experience developing or managing RMA processes and warranty tracking for hardware fleets
