Lead Generation Representative, India MRC

MRC is an important customer engagement arm in the Marketing organization. Our mission is to learn from customers, understand their needs, and educate them about the benefits of AWS and all the services we offer, in order to help them embark on their cloud journey quickly and easily. It is a critical function within the lead and demand generation process, with the objective to profile, nurture, and qualify marketing leads generated from various marketing events, campaigns, and activities. We are looking for a result-oriented, customer-focused and creative individual with highly developed interpersonal and organizational skills to join the Global MRC team based in Bengaluru, INDIA to engage with new and prospective AWS customers in INDIA. Roles & Responsibilities: Work as part o BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree - 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Knowledge of email best practices and a/b testing methodologies within Marketo - Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English - Have an available online portfolio - 2+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience, or MBA - 1+ years of using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool experience - Experience using customer insights and data to deeply understand target customers and dive deep PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - AWS Cloud Practitioner certification - BS degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems or equivalent, or 1+ years of technical work experience - Experience and record of success in an outbound account management or prospecting role in B2B environments, preferably in a solution/technology-related environment - Experience using Salesforce.com at an advanced level including the development of dashboards and reports, programing e
