Manager, Business Intelligence, Prime Video Trust & Safety Ops

● Own and scale the end-to-end BI stack for Trust & Safety, including data pipelines, data modeling, warehousing, instrumentation, and reporting ● Establish and maintain the Trust & Safety Datamart as the single source of truth for operational metrics, coverage, accuracy, speed, and cost-to-serve ● Design and implement instrumentation strategies within T&S products to capture meaningful telemetry that powers both operational visibility and strategic insights ● Build self-service dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytics capabilities that enable stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Policy, and Programs to make data-driven decisions independently ● Define and enforce data quality standards, governance practices, and documentation to ensure trust in the data across the organizati BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 10+ years of business intelligence and analytics experience - 5+ years of delivering results managing a business intelligence or analytics team, including employee development and performance management experience - Experience in data warehouse technical architectures, data modeling, infrastructure components, ETL/ ELT and reporting/analytic tools and environments, data structures and hands-on SQL coding - Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related quantitative field - Experience programmatically testing products, measuring test coverage, developing the best automation, driving testability and diagnostic PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Master's degree in computer science, machine learning, engineering, or related fields, or experience including, building and maintaining data flows and pipelines - Experience working with industry tools and analytics packages, including web analytics, targeting, testing, CRM, and marketing automation platforms - Knowledge of real-time or near-real-time data architectures and streaming data systems. Experience with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD for data pipelines.
