Manage and improve the performance metrics to deliver quality, cost and customer experience. We have a 5-day work week but given the 7 days a week operation, the 2 scheduled days off will vary based on shift patterns and business needs. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
