Network Infrastructure Deployment Manager, Infra Networking

As NW Infra Deployment Manager working within AWS Infrastructure you will: - Interface with key internal stakeholders to understand the technical requirements and ensure the completed project meets these requirements. - Project management of construction related activities and DWDM network rollout for new builds or general capital projects. This will include the ownership of the project scope, timeline, and budget; - Ensure that the construction, fiber and optical network adheres to the defined standards; - Perform quality audits and ensure issues are remediated; - Understand the metro fiber market segments, customer base, and industry verticals; - Drive scaling designs to meet the demand of our customers; - Interface wi BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field - Experience with fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment & troubleshooting methodologies - Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service - Knowledge of software development practices and data center/infrastructure/networking technologies - 5+ years of technical infrastructure management experience, including network construction management and/or program managem PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of network engineering and deployments for large-scale networks in a corporate environment, including hands-on physical infrastructure installations, hardware integration, racking, and cabling experience - Experience communicating to a diverse, global audience - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification with experience leading multiple large network construction programs - Familiarity with GIS platforms, quality assurance processes, and strong knowledge of long
