Network Loss Manager RoW, ROW Central Functions

- Develop deep understanding, hands on experience of operational processes across supply chain. - Deep diving and analyzing operational data to arrive root causes for losses - invent or replicate solutions to those root causes, track impact. - Improve operational processes by Standardization of metrics, processes, SOPs across RoW markets related to network losses - Driving product implementation in operations and/or operational process solutions to eliminate losses BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of employee and performance management experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
