Operations Associate, Compliance Business Programs

Operations Associate (Compliance India team) will be a high performing individual contributor, responsible for end-to-end compliance operations in various Amazon EU marketplaces. The job involves organizing, planning, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments; in addition to owning the production and quality KRAs for this team. He/she will also be responsible for adhering to service level goals. He/ she will experience wide range of problem solving situations, strategic to real-time, sometimes requiring extensive use of data collection and analysis. The ideal candidate will have good operational experience. In addition, he/she will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security and integrity of Amazon's systems and data. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience with Excel - 2+ years of work experience in operations with an ability to drive business/operations metrics, and driving adoption of different tools. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Expert in Microsoft Excel - Basic knowledge of SQL, Macros, Python would be an added advantage
